            <description>    &lt;p&gt;Monday is the first day of the first week of marathon training. I&amp;#39;ve decided to stick with the training plan we used the first time since well, it worked. The schedule calls for 4 running days and 3 rest days a week. My plan is to convert one of those rest days to a cross-training day.
